How to Order

We accept orders by phone, fax, or email. To order by phone please call 714.997.ROSE (7673) or 800.932.ROSE (7673). Our business hours are Mon. - Fri. 9am to 5pm, Sat. 9am to 2pm PST. Closed Sundays.

Due to the unique nature of our product the pictured flower or color of flower may not be available at the time of your order. Please allow us to make a substitution as we carry only the best quality flowers seasonally available to us, or call our shop to inquiry about availability.

Ordering by Email

In your email please include the recipient's information(name, address, & phone number), what you would like to order, the card message, and your information including a telephone number to enchantedfloral@aol.com and title it "order". If you don't wish to include you credit card number in the email we will give you a call and take it over the phone.

We prefer to receive email orders 24 hours in advance. If you need delivery today call us at 714.997.7673.

Ordering by Fax

When placing orders by fax: Please include the recipient's information(name, address, & phone number), what you would like to order, the card message, and your information including a telephone number and fax to 714.997.2419. Please send one order form per recipient. You will receive a call to verify that we received your fax.
